Over 20 years in the Plumbing and Drainage Industry

plumbing consultant

Like most people I came into the drainage industry by mistake. It was not top of my list when seeking out career paths but I am so glad that it 'found me'.

I have been working happily in the most exciting, refreshing and satisfying industry for over 20 years and still love it as much as when I first started out unblocking and camera surveying drains back at the turn of the century.

What I love the most is the people, I have been fortunate to work with some of the best in the industry from corporate level to small start up businesses. The people in this industry are what make it so special, and I am honoured to have such a fantastic network of associates right across all aspects of business and technical services.

My passion has always been finding solutions to problems, improving systems and processes and motivating individuals to exceed their expectations.

I have supported and helped franchised businesses for some of the largest brands in the UK to become more successful, grow their bottom lines and become operationally excellent by following systems that work.

I am a safety first leader and believe in putting it before everything else, I have a drive to push for better standards and provide better training and accreditation in the industry specifically to the smaller businesses that need the help and support. Raising the bar in skill set and knowledge is my prime motivator for doing what I do. Passing on knowledge and experience to the next generation of plumbing and drainage entrepreneurs.

I am a business all rounder that has vast knowledge in the drainage and plumbing industry, making businesses more successful and having a skill for motivating and holding people to account.

I firmly believe in honesty, integrity, trust and confidentiality. I do things the right way and do not cut corners, especially when it comes to safety.

If you hold those same values, I want to work with you, if not, then move along!
