Service Description

Sometimes it can be difficult to resolve certain situations, communication breaks down and it is hard to find a solution that works for both parties. DRBi Ltd have years of experience in dealing with complex and difficult complaints. There is always a way to resolve things, sometimes it just needs another pair of eyes and a different perspective. Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel any booking you make under the following terms. If you cancel 20+ full days before the booking start date you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 11 to 20 full days before the booking start date you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 10 full days before the booking date full charges will apply. No refund of booking fees or transfers are allowed in the case of delegates who fail to attend. You can make a substitution for the original delegate but DRBi Ltd must be notified of this 3 days before the course commences.
