Service Description

We enjoy problem-solving, and this 1.5 hour online meeting is a low-risk introduction to how we can help you. Ideal if you want to try a session out or have a specific challenge or issue that you’d like some help with as a ‘one-off.’ You only need to commit to one session and it may be all that is needed. Either way the choice is yours, if you want to commit to a longer term package after that then great! We will use the session to do a quick evaluation of your problem and work out what you want to achieve, at the end of the session you will have some clear actions to take away and start working on. Skype, Zoom or Facetime for clients anywhere in the world!

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel any booking you make under the following terms. If you cancel 20+ full days before the booking start date you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 11 to 20 full days before the booking start date you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 10 full days before the booking date full charges will apply. No refund of booking fees or transfers are allowed in the case of delegates who fail to attend. You can make a substitution for the original delegate but DRBi Ltd must be notified of this 3 days before the course commences.
